Our company has specialized in the precision machining and manufacturing of worm gears for several decades, achieving steady growth through accumulated technical expertise and continuous innovation. Equipped with advanced CNC machinery, comprehensive inspection facilities, and a scientific management system, we offer custom machining for High-Precision Multiple-Module Worm (ranging from 2 to 12 starts). Additionally, we independently develop and customize matching worm gear pairs, providing specialized designs tailored to specific requirements.
The product series is suitable for a wide range of industry applications, including automotive motors (such as those for windows, sunroofs, and seat adjustments), industrial gear reducers, medical devices, garden tools, household appliance motors, and automatic door motors.

Established in 1993, we focused on the on the research and development and production of core precision transmission components like worm gears, gear shafts and lead screws. Facing expensive imported equipment and technical blockades back then, we independently developed and refitted whirl milling and thread grinding machines. The innovative whirl milling process improved production efficiency by 5-10 times, helping us master core processing technologies and lay a solid foundation in precision transmission manufacturing.
Driven by the booming manufacturing market following China's accession to the WTO, we accelerated our technological transformation and equipment upgrades. We introduced advanced imported CNC equipment, shifting from experience-based manual processing to standardized, high-precision CNC manufacturing. Through technology absorption and optimization, we stabilized product precision and consistency, boosted core competitiveness, and entered high-end industrial supply chains.
